ETK was created to simplify access to Japanese corporate information, which can be very tricky to obtain, especially from overseas.
We make it possible to lookup current information for any entity in Japan holding a corporate number (法人番号) and retrieve company certificate for any such entity registered as a company.
Each company page lists the company's name, address and current validity status. If a company is closed or merged the information will be available.
The company certificate allows accessing more information, such as company's cash capital, address change history, issued shares, list of directors and more. Most of the information is in English but we're doing our best to make it easier to understand.
We also provide a special membership-only subscription which allows searching for companies based on their director (reverse search).
